INTRODUCTION

1.1 At Circuit House Technologies Private Limited ("Company"), the Company is committed to ensuring a fair, transparent, and efficient process for order cancellations, returns, and refunds. The following returns and cancellation policy outlines the terms and conditions governing cancellations, return requests, and refund processing for Products purchased from the Company ("Products").

1.2 This return and cancellation Policy ("Return and Cancellation Policy") shall be deemed to be incorporated into the terms of use of the Platform ("Terms") and shall be read in addition to the Terms. In the event of any conflict between this Return and Cancellation Policy and the Terms, the interpretation placed by the Company shall be final and binding on you.

1. CANCELLATION

1.1 Orders are non-cancellable once placed. No cancellation requests shall be entertained prior to or after dispatch. Only in exceptional and genuine cases, as determined solely by the Company, may a request be reviewed by the customer support team post-delivery, and the Company shall have absolute discretion to accept or reject such request without any obligation to provide reasons. In this regard, please contact the Company at support@lumio.co.in or through the customer account dashboard on the Platform.

1.2 If you place an Order and due to some reason the Company is unable to ship the product, the Order will be cancelled and the transaction amount, if already paid, will be refunded to you in accordance with these terms.

1.3 Some situations that may result in your Order being cancelled include, without limitation, non-availability of the Products or quantities of Products ordered, inaccuracies or errors in pricing information, or occurrence of a force majeure event.

1.4 The Company may contact you (at its sole discretion and if required) if all or any portion of your Order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your Order.

2. TERMS OF RETURN AND REFUND

1.1 The Company accepts return only in the event: (a) a defective Product has been delivered; (b) the Product has been damaged during transit or shipping; or (c) an incorrect Product has been delivered.

1.2 During such an event, you may submit a written request for the return of such Product within 10 days from the date of delivery of the Order ("Return Window"). You acknowledge and agree that the Company shall not accept your return request if such a request is not raised within the Return Window.

1.3 To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

(a) the Product must be unused and in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and components intact;

(b) serial number of the Product must match the records maintained by the Company; and

(c) appropriate evidence of the defect, damage, or incorrect delivery, such as photographs or videos clearly depicting the issue, must be submitted.

1.4 Return shall not be accepted under the following circumstances:

(a) The return is based on change of mind, preference or desire for a different Product;

(b) The Product has been used, installed, or tampered with;

(c) Original packaging, accessories, parts, or manuals are missing or damaged;

(d) Product condition differs from submitted photo/video evidence;

(e) Physical damage was not reported at the time of delivery or installation.

1.5 To initiate a return, you must submit the following information:

(a) Order ID;

(b) Description of the issue or defect;

(c) Photograph of the Product's serial number; and

(d) Supporting photographs or videos.

1.6 Upon receiving a return request, the Company will review the information provided. If approved, pickup will be scheduled. The returned Product will be inspected to verify eligibility for refund or replacement. The Company reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet this policy.

1.7 If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days after inspection completion.

1.8 If the Product is determined to be functional and undamaged, the Company reserves the right to charge return logistics expenses.
